NEW
! Update below, read on :) |
2000-01-07 As
you have noticed, so didnīt I find the much wanted time and inspiration
to come up with a millennium anthem for this page. Iīm quite angry
about it myself, but what canīt be done canīt be done.To see it on the
positive side: now that I have no time pressure on me, mabe I do turn
out to be more productive. Anyway I hope so. My computer is in any way
functioning better than ever, at the moment. 2002-01-29 To the right, there's three new clips. Nothing much to add, apart from what's been told on the first page. Made with Cubase VST/32 5.1 R2 PB1 though(last clip with R2 PB2 and Samplitude 2496), and an Athlon 1700+ PC with 512MB DDR SDRAM and an Soundblaster Audigy soundcard. Recorded through an Phonic MM1002 mixer through an Roland GP-8 guitar processor and edited using Sound Forge 5.0 and then saved in varaious real audio formats through Sound Forge. That's all, for now :) |
Welcome.

This
was the first song I made available
for "web-back ". A simple groove with the drums
driving it, created "live" by me, with my keyboard controller driving
my "Midiman" sound-module. And sequenced in "Magix" music studio 3.05.
Then I added a cool guitar solo. I mastered it on regular cassette tape
, before converting it to wav. And then real media. Download
link below. Choose "save to disk", when the dialogue comes up. After downloading
the file, you can just doubleclick it in Windows Explorer to listen at
it through Real Player 7. "Testing"

My
third song was a little more complicated to do.
Even
if carelessly done. I
used "NRJ" e-jay for making a slow hip-hop accompaniement with voice samples
and all. I
exported the thing as wav to "Cubase" 3.7, where I added two wild guitars
and an 8Mb sampled Grand Piano. Played by myself for that final touch.
I
recorded the whole mix as a single wav, which I could convert to real
media. I never had to leave the digital domain, only analogue circuitry
was my guitar processor...it was removed by my ISP(?). We'll see
if I find a copy ? "Coolers"

My
second song was created from just a drum`n`bass slow tempo thing
I made myself.It
was a sunday when I was busy doing lots of other things, and somehow managed
to steal time for an emotional guitar solo to this beat. I added a rock-organ
for more vintage feel. Also made in "Magix" music studio 3.05. Some anthem
qualities actually...follow the download link below.![]() "Hazy
Sunday"

My
fourth song wasnīt made by me at all.It
was a rock-midi sample from Cakewalk Pro Audio, I used for playing a guitar
solo to. The
solo, which was only intuitive, got rather cool in some places. Therefore
I thought I would use it here. Midi
sounds are made by my Sound Blaster Live! emulating Roland GSmkII sound
canvas. This was all digital too...linked below.![]() "SatSolo"
